* Why do we need to know this?

Some standard child development questionnaires require us to enter the child's name, date of birth, and biological sex as part of their automatic systems. These are sometimes needed because, for example, boys and girls have different developmental trajectories (e.g. in motor movement or language)

There are some eligibility criteria for this study. Are the following true? *

Both parent/carer (who would fill in Questionnaire) and child are fluent english speakers

Child IS NOT colour blind

Child DOES NOT have a (pre-existing) neurological condition significantly impacting cognition or movement

Child DOES NOT have severe (non-corrected) visual or auditory processing difficulties

You have access to a computer (not a phone) on which you can do the study (online study)

You would be able to play and record sound on your computer.

This study will require your child to play some simple computer games. Is your child able to interact well with computers? Please note, we advise you are present while your child is playing the games to ensure they understand what to do. If they need help, please limit this to help in interacting with the computer, rather than with answers or choices. *
