DAY 1: 18th Sep 2021
6 am: Meet up at Bouddha
7 am: Departure from Balkhu, Kathmandu
10:30 am: Check-in at Hotel & have breakfast at Hotel (Dal Bhat)
11:30 am -2 pm: Forest Therapy to Mohini Jharana (5 Elements Cleansing)
3 pm: Back to Hotel
3:15 pm - 3:30 pm: Light Snacks (Tea/Coffee)
4 pm-6 pm: Self Exploring Time
7 pm: Dinner
7:30 pm- 8:15 pm: Meditation

1 pm: Check out from Hotel & Drive back to Kathmandu

- Please be in comfortable wear, carry umbrella/raincoats and other necessary equipment, as we are staying overnight.
- On 'Self Exploration Time' on Day 1, you may go boating at Markhu. The cost for boating starts from Nrs. 150 per person (both for Foreign & Nepali Nationals) OR you may just enjoy the scenic view of Indrasarovar and have a self-time.
