I understand that I cannot book any hotel for the tournament. This is a "Stay and Play" tournament. The rules of the tournament require that we use specific hotels. *

We will be sending out more information about how to book hotels.

I understand that if my child cannot attend for any reason (COVID, injury, etc) that NJVBC will not be able to give a full refund. *

We have to pre-pay for the tournament. We do not get a refund if a player or team does not attend.

I understand that, depending on sign ups, the teams they play with on their travel teams may be different than the teams they play with in the Atlantic City optional weekend tournament. I also understand that if we cannot fill a roster for your child's age group, that we will provide a full refund for the weekend tournament. *

We will do our best to make sure every kid that signs up can play, but we cannot help it if not enough kids sign up per age group.
