Madhu's corporate and social background motivated her to start a social enterprise in 2010. DFC Singapore focuses on CCE programmes, teacher training and curriculum design to empower children to shape society for a better tomorrow. She has designed and conducted programmes for 100+ schools in Singapore. Madhu is NLP certified practitioner and also trained in Designing and Facilitating Experiential Learning by STADA (Singapore Training and Development Association); Design Thinking for Innovative Problem Solving by University of Virginia; The Tools and Methods for Implementing Design Thinking by Design Singapore Council; Social Leadership Programme designed and conducted by Dean Williams, Harvard Kennedy School.
