MCA Preseason Activity Approval Request
During the preseason period (May 1 - June 30) teams are allowed to have up to six (6) scheduled activities (e.g. bike checks and/or fits, mechanical workshops, fun rides, or skills clinics). These activities must be pre-approved by the MCA Director. Only the head coach may submit this form.
Please complete and submit this form
at least five (5) business days in advance of your planned activity
. The Director will contact you after receipt of this completed form.
This form must be submitted by the head coach. Your team fee must be paid and all coaches involved must have valid active licenses. You must maintain proper coach:student-athlete ratios for all MCA events.
After you submit this form and your request is approved by the MCA, you will be contacted about setting up registration for this event through CCN.
For this to be a valid MCA-approved activity, all participants for this event must register and have an electronically signed MCA waiver through CCN.
If the Team also has a Waiver - We can include it with the event Setup. (Email it info@minnesotacycling.org)
