Registration form for Stat&QuantPhys Autumn School 2021 (SQP2021)
The workshop is from 27th to 28th of September, 2021. All events will be held online, in Japan Standard Time (GMT+9).
The result of application will be notified by email after the registration deadline. For those who choose to give a poster-presentation when they register, we will confirm their participation at the time of registration. Cancellation of presentation is not usually allowed, but if you have any plausible reasons, feel free to contact us.
