2024 Spectrum Project Staff Application
STAFF POSITIONS:
• Support Staff members (Special Education, Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy) provide support to directors, buddies and performers to help everyone have a successful, safe and enjoyable time at rehearsals.

• [Closed] Spectrum Project Directors and Assistant Directors (Art, Dance, Drama and Music) work together to plan, develop and teach the content of the Spectrum Project from the ideas of the performers. Together, Directors and Asst. Directors lead activities in their area for each rehearsal. 

Due to the extra time needed outside of rehearsals, staff positions are paid positions. In addition to Saturday rehearsals, Spectrum Project Directors, Asst. Directors and Support Team Staff meet weekly 1 hour outside of rehearsals to plan. Total time per week: 5 hours (rehearsals = 4 hours, planning = 1 hour. Start date of employment is Jan. 20, 2024 but staff will be required to meet in the fall for planning.

Spring semester rehearsals: Saturdays, 11:30 - 3:30 PM, Lincoln Elementary in Cedar Falls (corner of Franklin St. and 7th St.). Rehearsals are from 1:00-2:30 pm.
