SMA Conference: Need-Based Scholarship Application for Parents/Caregivers and/or Individuals with SM
SMA is excited to offer a limited number of need-based scholarships for the upcoming SMA Fall conference. This scholarship is intended for Parents/Caregivers, as well as Individuals with SM. 

This scholarship can be applied to registration fees to attend either the in-person conference or the limited virtual offering with sessions that are targeted for caregivers. For individuals with SM who would only like to attend the individual-track presentations, there is no need to apply for a scholarship. This track is offered for free and please register through the registration site. 

 Scholarship for conference registration fees only. All participants will be responsible for paying for their own travel. Please complete the application below if interested in applying.

Scholarship submissions must be received by midnight ET on August 1, 2024. Eligible participants will be entered into a drawing, from which scholarship recipients will be selected.

All recipients of the scholarships, as well as all who submitted, will be notified of their application status by August 10, 2024. Please do not register separately until you have been notified by SMA.
