Course Re-enrollment Form
This form should be used by students who intend to continue studies or join another course at the College after they have graduated from a previous programme of studies. This application should be submitted before the due date for normal applications during each trimester. Students should attach the required supporting documents (including attested certificates) if they have already been issued by the College. If you have not been issued the certificates, but if you have already completed the graduation requirements, you may submit the form only. If you have not completed graduation requirements but want to continue with another course, you will have to fill in this form and the “Intention to continue studies through intermediate exit points” form.
