5. Non-Binding Agreement: The walk-through and the subsequent service proposal do not constitute a binding agreement between the company and ACJ Luxury Maintenance. The company is under no obligation to accept the proposal or engage ACJ Luxury Maintenance for cleaning services.

6. Limitation of Liability: ACJ Luxury Maintenance shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the walk-through. The company is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the visit.

7. Communication: By providing their contact information, the company agrees to be contacted by ACJ Luxury Maintenance for the purpose of scheduling the walk-through and discussing cleaning services. The company can opt out of further communication at any time.

8. Modification or Termination: ACJ Luxury Maintenance reserves the right to modify or terminate the walk-through or any subsequent service discussions at their discretion, without prior notice or liability.
