** PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TENT. EACH VENDOR IS ALLOWED 2 REPRESENTIVES AT ANY GIVEN TIME. WALKING AND SELLING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. YOU MUST RESERVE A SPACE TO SELL ITEMS.

LOAD-IN TIME IS 9 AM YOU MUST ARRIVE ON TIME TO SET UP OR YOUR SPACE WILL BE FORFIT. FOOD TRUCKS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PERMITS AND SERVE SAFE CERTIFICATE.

 THERE IS A $15  DOLLAR NON-REFUNDABLE FEE TO BE PAID 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. ( This cost includes tables and chairs for the patrons to sit and eat their food.  The fee also includes a $15 dollar vendor fee, cost for trash cans and clean up.  This fee also ensures your space during this Block party to serve our 250 guests as well as our local organizations and small businesses.)
