REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
How we support the sustainability of the camp.
We are working on a tight budget in order to make camp affordable. If you need to cancel less than one month before the start of the camp ie after the 24th July, we will not be able to refund your money unless we have a waiting list or you can find someone else to take your place. If you cancel with more than 1 month notice we will keep 25% of the total cost paid to cover some costs ...
Payment
To support the sustainability of the event and to help some of you to spread the cost, we ask you to pay the full amount or at least a deposit (25% of the full amount) when you book. If you choose to pay the deposit the remaining balance is due at least 2 months before the event (24th June 2019)
