PowerUp! 2023: Family Tree, Connections, Identity
Thank you for your interest in attending PowerUp! 2023. This is the form to register staff and youth attendees. 

PowerUp! 2023 takes place on March 6, 2023 at:
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Airport West
5444 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L4W 2L2

To book your rooms, please call the hotel Reservations Department at 1-844-485-6263 or directly at 1-905-624-1144.  Callers must identify themselves as being with Power Up 2023 and call prior to February 10th in order to qualify for the group rate. 

There is also a complimentary Airport Shuttle between Pearson International Airport and the hotel, please ask for more information regarding the shuttle when making your reservation.

Parking for DAY attendees is complimentary. Parking sheets will be provided for people to register their vehicles.
For overnight guests, parking has been discounted to $10 per night (regular $16), payable at check-in.

Please note that for participants who are checking into the hotel on Sunday, March 5th 2023, dinner and entertainment will be provided for free between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Please note that PowerUp! is for Black-identifying children and youth who are in care or actively involved with an Indigenous wellbeing or child welfare agency. The programming is geared for youth aged 13 - 21. Please also note that registration is required for Agency staff supporting youth attendees. 

PowerUp! 2023 is an inclusive 2SLGBTQ+ space.
