This online registration form is for current Grade 6 or 7 TVDSB students only and must be completed and submitted by the Parent or Legal Guardian. Parents may wish to speak to the Learning Support Teacher (LST) or the Guidance Lead at the student's elementary school prior to registering a student for this program.

The parent or legal/guardian must ensure the student's home school has their current address, phone/cell number(s), email address and emergency contact information on file. All changes must be reported immediately to the home school. The Summer School office cannot make changes to this information.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
Students who are currently required to pay International Fees to attend regular day school, will also be required to pay a fee to attend the Grade 7/8 Literacy/Numeracy Program. The 2023 fee is $690.00 and must be paid prior to registering.
**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT**
1. Payment must be made by wire transfer to Thames Valley District School Board using the following "Account Information For Wiring Funds" listed below.
2. When submitting a wire transfer please make sure you include “Summer School” and “student name” in the Reference field so that the funds received in our account can be matched to the summer school program.
