If you DIDN'T sign up and pay for PPA Membership when you registered your student (s) for their classes, and you are still interested in joining the PPA, please provide the information requested below.
If you ALREADY signed up and paid for PPA Membership, you DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM.
If you are unsure, you can look on your registration receipt for fee description "PPA MEMBERSHIP".
The fee to join the PPA is $20.00. Once your payment is made and confirmed with the SHS PPA, we will send you a link for your access to the Stevenson High School Online Directory organized by Membership Toolkit.
