ONE form per child. $55 per camp day, per child. Accepting ages 5-9 ONLY.

Currently, we are only accepting 60 children per camp day. Do not wait too long to register and pay! Please do not pay for days your child is waitlisted. Payment will only be required for days in which your child/children are attending.

***REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS (PLEASE READ!)***

You MUST pay for the camp sessions within two weeks of signing up or you may lose your spot.

Options for payment:

Pay in the market at Simmons Farm
Call the market (724-941-1490) to pay over the phone with a credit card
Mail a check. *Please write your child(ren)'s name and camp dates on the memo line on the check.

I understand that if I need to cancel for whatever reason, I may or may not be reimbursed if my child's spot is not filled.

I understand that if I do not pay within a week of signing up, my child may lose his or her spot. ($55 per child per camp day)

I understand farm camp occurs RAIN OR SHINE. (Farmers work in the rain!) In the event of severe weather, you will be notified the morning of via email.

I understand Simmons Farm is not responsible for damaged or lost items. Please make sure your children are dressed appropriately (closed-toed shoes, light jacket, rain gear, sunglasses/hat/visor, and outfits/shoes that can get muddy!)
