NCHC Primary Team & Dual Roster Policy
Players may play on multiple different age groups within a program. They are permitted to play on in any age group they qualify for. Players may only play on one team per age group. As always it is the NCHC policy that teams entering our tournaments have enough primary players to compete, our staff will look at all requests to accommodate dual rostering, however, each player must know who their primary team and each team must have enough primary players to begin each game of the tournament. Ultimately each team must be prepared for conflicts that our staff is unable to accommodate.

This policy also applies to Coaches who coach multiple teams.
Do you understand the above Dual Roster Policy? *

Regional Finish: Previous Year
National Finish: Previous Year
Important: Coaches Team Expectations
The 1st step of our seeding process is to sort teams by their coach's expectations. After this, we will evaluate your previous year's finish, NCHBC coaching experience, & season results. We then will move teams into the category warranted based on these four main factors. Please remember that it is just as important not to undersell your team as it is to not oversell your team. We are looking for your realistic expectations that can be backed up by your season results &/or previous years' results.  It is fantastic when your expectations are reasonable, but this aspect helps us a lot even if your expectations are unreasonable as we can evaluate & understand your mindset/goals that you have set for your team coming into our events.
