Group Visit Request Form
Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to UCR ARTS! Please complete this form to request a guided or self-guided tour.

Please note that group visits must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Your group visit is not booked until you receive a confirmation email.

Exhibition Tours:
Docent-led tours for school groups for Spring 2024 are of
The Impact of Images: Mamie Till’s Courage from Tragedy and Whatever Happened to Dyno-Woman: The Alternative History of an Afrofuturistic Icon at the Culver Center of the Arts. Tours of these exhibitions can be scheduled from February 10-March 30, 2024. Tours are typically one hour. Tours of Dyno-Woman can continue through August and can be supplemented with an archives visit.

Telling Them Apart: Eileen Cowin & Jonesy exhibition at the California Museum of Photography has the following content warning: Please be advised that this exhibition contains artwork about sex and sexuality and features scenes of staged violence. For that reason, we are not offering school group tours of Telling Them Apart.

Docent-led tours can be scheduled from 9am-5pm on Monday-Friday or 10am-5pm on weekends. Docent-led tours are $75 for a group of up to 30.

Self-guided tours must be scheduled during business hours (12-5pm on Thursday-Friday and 11am-5pm on Saturday-Sunday).

Joint tours with Civil Rights Institute of Inland Southern California:
Groups can book a joint tour with UCR ARTS + Civil Rights Institute of Inland Southern California. CRIISC's current photography exhibition is Working Coachella. Tours of CRIISC are typically 30-45 minutes.

Archives Visit: Groups can also request an archives visit to view photographs and photographic technology objects from our collection. We can offer a general early photography/highlights of the collection presentation or visits can be customized to your interests. Archive visits can be scheduled on weekdays and are typically 30-45 minutes.

Photography Workshop: Our photography workshops for middle and high school students are currently offered in the Fall. Please check back for more information on school programs for Fall 2024.
