1. PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Rentals are billed in advance of the confirmed rental date. Upon completion of this form, an invoice will be sent to the Renter with payment required before rental via credit card, e-transfer, cheque, or cash.

2. BOOKING CHANGES MADE BY RENTER: Bookings may be cancelled with at least 3 days (72 hours) written notice via email to contact@dancealivestudios.com and will be refunded to the Renter, or credited to future invoices. Rescheduled bookings may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis with no extra cost (limited amount available). Frequent booking changes may incur extra charges for administrative work.

3. BOOKING CHANGES MADE BY DAS: Bookings cancelled by DAS due to weather, COVID restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, will be refunded to the Renter or credited to the following month's invoice, or a rescheduled time will be agreed upon by both parties within 30 days of the cancellation.

4. DUTIES OF RENTER IN THE SPACE: The rental space is cleaned by DAS regularly throughout the week. The Renter and all members of their party are responsible for leaving the place as they found it - no articles left over, no food mess, no garbage on the floor, no handprints on the mirror, etc. The Renter and their party are not to touch the equipment in the rental space unless previously agreed upon, and should put any equipment used back in its original place with proper sanitization (spray bottles and paper towels are available in each studio).

5. AFTER HOURS ACCESS TO DAS: If the Renter requires access to the studio outside of DAS regular operating hours, they will be left a key for one-time entry to the building. This key is only to be used by the holder of this Rental Agreement, and not passed to another user without express DAS permission. This key is to be left where it was found immediately after the rental period. If this key is lost, the Renter is responsible for a $10 key replacement fee, or any costs associated with needing to change locks to the facility. If the studio is used after hours, all lights must be turned off and the front door locked when leaving the facility. Closing details and emergency contact information are available inside the door at the studio.
