Doris Ward Coaching is committed to helping others build lives where they can optimize their mind-body wellness. I also understand that due to the culture we live in, this is more of a challenge for some people than others.

That's why I offer this Karma Program for my coaching packages. I recognize that people who belong to marginalized communities may have face more obstacles when working on building their body confidence, fitness and food freedom. I also recognized that certain communities are underrepresented with coaching tools and support.

As part of my commitment to equity and following through with my core values, I want to offer 25% off my coaching packages as part of Karma Program. Offering the Karma Program is one step I can do to support underrepresented communities.
