Hiro has been operating a Gaia hub since the blockstack days, at hub.blockstack.org. The operating expenses of this hub are becoming prohibitive - Operating expenses for Hiro’s gaia hub exceed all our other infra costs put together!

In order to identify the best path forward that brings the costs down to a manageable range, we would like to understand how developers are using Hiro's Gaia hub.
