Our School Age Childcare (SAC) provision operates daily from 8am - 9am and 2.45pm - 5.45pm for Primary 1 to Primary 7 pupils.
A member of staff collects Primary 1 - Primary 3 pupils from their classes at 2.45pm.
Primary 4 - Primary 7 pupils will meet staff in Room 12 (in the ELC block) when their bell rings at 3pm.
Costs of School Aged Childcare - subject to change from August 2023
Breakfast Club - £4.70 per session
School Age Childcare (2.45pm until 5.45pm) - You will be charged per hour on your usage of the service unless attending a full session.
Per hour- £4.70
Full session SAC- £12.47
If you require this service on an ad hoc basis you can access booking forms from the school office. These bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that if you choose the 'ad hoc' option you will not have a guaranteed space. Ad hoc spaces are subject to availability.
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. You will be contacted by email in Term 4 to confirm if you have been allocated your requested permanent booking.
Non-attendance at School Aged Childcare
Please note that once a session is booked for School Aged Childcare this cannot be cancelled and will be chargeable regardless of attendance. If you wish to
change or cancel your child’s attendance hours, please be advised that you are required to
provide 4 weeks notice, in writing or by email (Lochardil.Primary@highland.gov.uk). If you do not provide notice you
will be charged for an additional 4 weeks.
If you are booking for multiple children you should complete an individual form for each child.
