Denfeld Student Absence Reporting

This is a tool Denfeld families can use to report student absences for any reason. You can use the form to report a full day absence or when your student has an appointment during the school day.

If your student needs to be notified of a same day appointment, please do not submit the information on this form. Please call the Main Office at 218.336.8830 so that your student will be ready to leave at the time of the appointment.

If you need to report an absence for multiple students, you will need to complete the form for each student. Please do not put multiple student names on the same form submission.

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for changes to your student´s attendance to be reflected in Infinite Campus Parent or Student Portal.

If you fill out this form, you do not need to call the Attendance Office to report the absence.

If there is an emergency or immediate need for your child to leave school, please call the school office at 218.336.8830.

You can also report absences by:
*Contacting the Denfeld Attendance Office to leave a message at 218.336.8830, ext. 1934. This option is available 24 hours a day.
*Sending a signed note with your student prior to the absence or on the day your student returns to school.

Please note, per district policy, all absences should be reported and excused within 24 hours.
