We believe that Free State of Mind SUP Yoga offers a safe, socially-distant activity that is imperative for the Lawrence community, especially during the pandemic. Allowing this entity to provide services using the community pond will facilitate keeping the business (and economic impact) within city limits, and ultimately, provide an avenue to keep The Free State Yoga Festival within city limits as well.
