Massachusetts USA Wrestling Affiliation Change Form
For the U12/U15 State tournament series we are doing town scoring for the sections and both town and club scoring for states. The town and or club MUST be chartered to Score. So if your athlete is listed as non scoring they may be associated with a group that has not chartered. its Free to charter in the state provided you have atleast 1 USAW Leader on the club. This form is to help fix any scoring affiliations for the post season. Scoring assignments can be found here: USAW U12/U15 Team/Club Scoring
