Having a Hard Time Finding Time to Exercise? All You Need is 22 Minutes.
The inspiration comes from Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, a super pioneer badass who changed the world for the betterment of humanity, especially for gender equality and women's rights. She was well into her late 80's and still exercising. The Notorious RBG experienced many bouts with cancer throughout her life however she maintained her physical fitness to keep on top of her game. RBG’s personal trainer Bryant Johnson recommends a full body workout in just 22 minutes.
 
Why 22 Minutes?

The Department of Health and Human Services recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week to maintain good health. Let's do the math: divide 150 minutes by 7 = 22. A 22 minute practice is doable.
 
For anyone who finds it hard to fit anything else in, this is for you. These five classes cover everything you need from cardio, strength, to stretching the low back and more.

I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.                                                                                                                                                                                                           2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physical prior to and regarding my participation in the Yoga Classes, Outside Yoga, Fitness Classes, Nutrition, Meditation, Healing Classes, Quantum Healing, Private Lessons, Health Programs, Teacher Trainings and / or Workshops. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit (and/or my child) and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Classes, Fitness Classes, Nutrition, Meditation, Healing Classes, Quantum Healing, Private Lessons, Health Programs, Teacher Trainings or Workshops.                                                                                                                                         3. 4. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever releases, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tess Conrad, and or Tess Conrad Yoga, for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
