REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES FOR VENDORS
1. Booth Setup: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, and any other required staging items.
2. Operational Hours: Vendors must keep their booths open during the specified event hours. Early packing or departure will result in being barred from future shows.
4. Media Consent: Vendor grants permission to event promoters to use images of their booths/items for any promotional purposes associated with this event.
5. Name Usage: Vendor grants permission to the promoter to use their name and any other provided information to be displayed as necessary to promote this event.
6. Force Majeure: The promoter is not liable for any "ACT OF GOD" event that may cause the cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of this event. In such cases, the lease agreement shall terminate, and the vendor waives any claim for damages.
7. Liability for Damages: The promoter is not responsible or liable for loss or damage to vendor property due to theft, mysterious disappearances, fire, water damage, accidents, or any other cause.
8. Electrical Requirements: Electrical outlet plugs and cords must be in good working condition.
9. Payment and Confirmation: Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent. There are no refunds after payment is processed. Booth spaces are assigned according to the date the paid invoice is received.
10. Deadline: The application deadline for participation is August 1, 2025.
