Safe Environment - Family Training Report Template
In order to offer a safe environment for children and youth, the diocese of Birmingham requires Youth Protection training of adults who work with minors. Our church also offers age-appropriate training for minors to help them recognize, resist, and report inappropriate behavior.

Below is the short training video we use in the safe environment training of minors. We ask parents to help by sharing this video with your child(-ren) by [deadline]. After watching the video, please record your family's participation. You need only to give your family name, and the grade level of each child who participated.
