Fifth Grade is raising money to fund our Boundless Adventures Trip in the spring!

We are selling Kwik Trip Car Wash Cards to make our trip a reality! Each card is $36 and provides you with five ultimate car washes! These are great stocking stuffers!!!

Please fill out this Google Form and provide payment via Cash, Check, or Waller's PTO Venmo: Waller Elementary School PTO!

Cash: Send to the Waller Elementary Office

Check: Write checks to Waller Elementary School PTO and send to the Waller Elementary Office

Please provide payment by no later than December 8th in order to receive the Kwik Trip Car Wash cards before Winter Break. All cards will be sent home via your Waller Student. If you don't have a student at Waller, please list a staff member or "Waller Office," so we can determine delivery. The 5th grade teachers will do our best to coordinate delivery of the cards.
