Forms should be received by the Facilities team 7 days or more in advance of the proposed date. Failure to do so may result in denial of the request. You will be notified by phone or email regarding facility usage.

All individuals, groups or organizations desiring the use of Zeeland Public School facilities must submit the following Application for Facility Use Form in detail.
*If you are a ZPS Employee requesting the use of facilities, please fill out a schedule request on FMX. You do not need to use this form.
-All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
-Facility Rates and Fees will apply and are subject to change by Administration.
-All fees must be paid in full in advance.
-All rental representatives are responsible for their group and actions and must remain on site at all times during rental.
-Children & students must be supervised at all times.
-Renters will be responsible for all costs of damage associated with their use of district facilities, equipment, or property of students and staff.
-No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on any district grounds or in buildings.
-If Zeeland schools are cancelled, all rentals are also cancelled. Rescheduling, refunds or credits will be applied.
-No rentals will be available during ZPS scheduled holidays or breaks, or on Sundays.
-Regular or Extracurricular K-12 programs have first priority use.
