Crisis Management planning is the process that organizations use to prepare for crisis events. Through that preparation, they can exercise some control over the event outcomes, and mitigate damage.
- Assemble a Crisis Team and build a communications plan
- Create crisis news releases
- Learn to handle media relations and field questions
- Create structures to communicate with stakeholders and the public
- Manage the aftermath
Who this is for: This course is for senior communications personnel who are responsible for crisis strategy.
Timeline: 4 weeks x 2 hours per week.
