Do you have a mother, father, sister or brother with diabetes?  If so, this may increase your risk of developing diabetes. *
Have you ever been diagnosed with high blood pressure?  Having hypertension may increase your risk of developing diabetes. *
How old are you? Increased age increases your risk of developing diabetes. *
What is your sex at birth?  Men have a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes but women who've had gestational diabetes are also at increased risk. *
Are you physically active (engaging in 150 minutes of exercise per week)?  Being inactive can increase your risk for developing diabetes. *
