Technical Support Engineer B2B SaaS
We are looking for a technical support engineer to help our clients with their challenges when using our SaaS products!  If you are a techie person passionated about helping people, with excellent customer support skills, this job is for you! # Job responsibilities

- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track API issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients

# Job requirements

- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Experience using APIs is a plus
- Good understanding of computer systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Excellent English level
- Experience promoting SaaS products or digital products is a plus
- Passion for technology
- Must be proactive and not afraid to suggest ideas,  and great attention to detail
- Team spirit, motivation, and willingness to learn
