Visual Artists Ireland continue to campaign for better pay for artists. This survey is designed to find out what impact the VAI payment guidelines are having on improving rates of pay for visual artists.

Since the introduction of the VAI Payment guidelines, how have they impacted on your programming and commissioning
Regarding 'other fees' for individual artists or artists groups, are there areas of work that you feel are missing from the guidelines?
We include: exhibition fees, installation fees, selection panels, artist talks, workshop fees, screening fees, licensing fees.
Following on from the previous question, if an area of work is missing, do you find it easy to map fees to a different category and use that instead?
What is the one request that would enable your organisation to to implement the VAI payment guidelines in the future?
