Survey Distribution Request Form for UK Spine Societies
By completing this form, you are requesting for an existing online survey to be distributed directly to the memberships of the UK Spine Societies listed below by email via our newsletter.
  •  British Association of Spine Surgeons (BASS)
  •  British Scoliosis Society (BSS)
  •  Society for Back Pain Research (SBPR)
  •  National Spine Network (NSN)
  •  British Association of Spinal Cord Injury Specialists (BASCIS)
Submitted survey requests will be reviewed to ensure surveys align to the aims of the Spine Societies. 
Once approved, surveys will be sent through to the memberships in the following edition of the UKSSB Newsletter which is usually the first week of each month. Please bear this in mind when submitting and ensure that there is enough time for our constituent society members to complete the surveys.
