Description: In this training you will learn the foundational core values that makes CHE relevant worldwide as a community development strategy. You will understand its adaptability to diverse cultures and how it addresses multiple needs of a community. This course covers how to help communities: 1) find solutions to the problems they identify . . . 2) discover untapped resources and opportunities in their local area . . . 3) set up and manage their own community development program . . . 4) equip community member volunteers as proactive role models . . . 5) greatly reduce disease through promoting disease prevention & adopting good health habits. Learn how your team can reach more people in need thru focusing on methods of empowering local communities to multiply what they learn.
