Emergency contact details are requested under the lawful basis of legitimate interests and all contact details given may be used to give the participant necessary information about this project. Medical information will only be used where needed to keep the participant safe. Other demographic information will only be used anonymously by Attic Theatre Company and named project partners (see above) for research, monitoring, evaluation and reporting purposes. Attic Theatre Company will only keep this information, beyond the end of the project activity, for as long as we have a legal or reporting obligation to do so. We will enter your details into our secure online server and will securely share relevant details with project partners, however we will not pass your details on to any third parties, other than to relevant emergency services in the case of a medical emergency, or for safeguarding reasons.
