Vendor Guidelines
SPOTS ARE LIMITED AND ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. No spots are reserved without payment and ALL payments are due within 48 hours of request. This is an outside venue and you must provide your own tables, chairs and tent. It is a 10 x 10 spot unless you request and pay for multiple spots.
The vendor fee is $30.00 for EWIB Participating Members, $35.00 for EWIB supporting Members, and $45.00 for Non-Members. and you are committing to set up by 9:30 and stay set up until 5:00 PM. Payment information will be sent to the vendor once the application is received and reviewed. Please do not send money until instructed. By paying the fee you are agreeing to attend the event. There will be no refund and funds can not be transferred to another event. If you do not show for an event you will be required to pay a higher vendor fee for the next event and possibly asked not to return for future events.
Your spot is not reserved until you have paid and could be issued to another vendor. You have 48 hours from the time application is accepted to make payment. No spots will be held. Multiple vendors of direct sales items will not be accepted.
