Russian neo-totalitarianism and its consequences for Ukraine
The Center for Civil Liberties (CСL) and the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center (UCMC) invite journalists to a briefing to discuss threats to Ukraine from the Russian authoritarian regime. This is actually a new system of socio-political relations that is rapidly moving towards totalitarianism. And this country considers the destruction of Ukrainian statehood one of the main tasks of its own existence.
