Please give us your telephone number in case we need to contact you at short notice.
Please tick the range most suited to your voice (please be prepared to be flexible about moving between 1st and 2nd parts if there is an imbalance in the ensemble on the day). *
Required
You can assume your application is accepted unless your voice part is marked as waiting list only. In that case, please apply anyway as more places are likely to become available.  If you book a waiting list place, please wait to be given a place on the workshop before you pay, and don’t print the Lambe music which is only available under licence to people attending the workshop.
You are encouraged to download and print your scores or read them from a tablet, but we can provide you with a printed copy if required. Please indicate your preference. The music is available on the TVEMF website  -  https://www.tvemf.org/the-lambeth-choirbook-2022, except for the Lambe.  You will get a link for this when you book. *
Please book as soon as you can because places will be limited, and definitely by 22nd October. After that date, please contact chair@tvemf.org to check if places are still available. If you book late you may need to print your own music.
Price:   Early Music Forum members - £16,   non-members - £20
How much are you paying? *
Please tick the relevant box below, and pay by Stripe if you possibly can (easier for you, easier for us). You can use this link to pay by Stripe now:  https://www.tvemf.org/stripepayments but DON'T FORGET TO COME BACK TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE BOOKING AFTER YOU HAVE PAID. *

Covid is unfortunately still very active so we propose to take the following precautions. Please read them carefully.

- Hand hygiene: sanitiser provided but we suggest you bring your own too

- Valveless face coverings other than when singing or conducting

- Limited numbers

- Social distancing: 1 metre spacing between chairs

- Please bring your own mug for tea and coffee and be careful to maintain distancing and mask wearing while you wait for your drink

Please pop out and use the toilets during the sessions so that as few people as possible are in the toilets at the same time.

We assume you have all been double vaccinated and have received boosters, but please take a lateral flow test just before you come.

Please stay away if you have any symptoms at all, regardless of any negative test result.

We will of course refund your fee if you have to cancel because of covid or any other illness.

Acceptance is on the understanding that you have taken a negative lateral flow test just before you come.
All payments will be refunded if we have to cancel the workshop because of Covid or for any other reason.
