THIS FORM IS FOR BOTH FULL-TIME and PART-TIME (homeschool/extra-curricular) STUDENTS! You may also put any NEW STUDENT in your family on this form. You may either complete the form online OR submit a paper copy to the office, but do not need to do both.

Early Registration Fee - before March 31st: $150
Regular Registration Fee - after March 31st: $200

Preschool only Registration fee (any time): $100
