Greetings! Thanks for checking out the Baltics Moderator Application. The moderator position is standard across what you would see with other species - answering harder questions, and dealing with discretion. The goal of a moderator is to keep the community safe and have everyone feeling welcome! Due to the nature of what moderators will see, this position requires staff members to be on a 'trial' basis for a month. During this time they will work closely with Ven / Morgan to determine proper responses and appropriate ways of approaching various situations.

This may also include small website duties if you so choose, including looking at tickets and doing approvals. However, this is not required and not expected. This position runs with the expectation you will be active enough to communicate to members through Discord and the website, so being both is a must!

If you are accepted to the team, you will be staff for both Huskies and Reindeer, though you can choose how involved you are with either! As with other staff members, you will receive full staff perks, including a monthly custom and monthly balance of bells added to your site account!

These applications will be on a rolling basis, with the understanding this criteria will be stricter. After your form is submitted, if accepted you will then be given some scenarios to answer. For any questions or concerns, please contact Ven / Morgan to discuss!
