Please complete the form below to enroll your Cub Scout in Pack 996 which is based at Quail Run Elementary for the 2020-2021 school year.

All other documents and payment of $160 need to be turned in by the early registration deadline on June 30, 2020.

After June 30th, registration fees go up to $200, and registration is subject to availability in dens.

Parent/guardian involvement is VITAL to your child's participation and success in Scouting. ALL Pack 996 activities REQUIRE a parent/guardian to attend with their Cub Scout. Pack 996 is entirely run by parent volunteers. Parent volunteers are REQUIRED to help with den and pack events.

Please choose your 2020-2021 volunteer contribution to Pack 996. If you are not a den leader or assistant den leader, you are expected to take on another role with our Committee. Please choose only one. *

Cubmaster/Assistant Cubmaster - responsible for overseeing Pack program, aiding den leaders when necessary, directly works with Cub Scouts

Den Leader - responsible for leading den meetings, directly works with Cub Scouts

Assistant Den Leader - assists den leaders as needed, leads meetings/outings in the absence of a den leader, directly works with Cub Scouts

Committee Secretary - responsible for taking minutes at monthly committee meetings

Committee Treasurer - responsible for maintaining financial records of the Pack

Interfaith Hikes - help plan short hikes/visits to local places of worship

Outdoor Organizer - help plan hikes throughout the year

Popcorn Kettle - join our team to assist with executing our popcorn sales, our sole fundraiser for the year

Fall Overnight - organize the fall overnight for our Pack

Spring Overnight - organize the spring overnight for our Pack

Scouting for Food - attend one info meeting at District and coordinate with Pack putting out door hangers and food collection over two weekends

Food Bank - organize at least two volunteer experiences for Pack at local Food Bank

Pinewood Derby Crew - join our team to assist with executing our Pinewood Derby event in early January

Friends of Scouting - attend one info meeting at District and coordinate collecting of funds at a Pack meeting

Walking School Bus - organize our Earth day event, a short morning walk from Mosaic Park to Quail Run

Rank Advancement/Pack Picnic - organize our end of the year picnic held at a local park

Summer Camp - attend district meetings for information, coordinate Pack's registration process and form collection
