-Definition, ethics and scope
-Design overview, design composition, design process, observations and practice.
-Systems and elements.
-Pattern understanding.
-Desing breaking down of selected farm elements.
-Plants recongnicion.
-Individual projects.
-Food forest management practice: cutting, planting, feeding.
