As you may be aware, the venue rests in a beautiful setting, is truly superb in many ways, and offers wonderful opportunities and a fantastic backdrop for the week, but the accommodation is set up in a smaller number of mostly larger rooms than that to which we have previously been accustomed. For this reason, to make the best use of the space and accommodate as many participants as possible, we are most grateful to those who would consider sharing a room with family or friends, or alternatively sharing a dormitory room.

As an alternative, there is the facility for a very small number of tents and campervans (no electric hook up) - these spaces are charged at the same rate as those sharing rooms in the hall. 

There are a very limited number of rooms for single occupancy which attract an additional £100 single occupancy charge. Due to the limited supply, unfortunately, it cannot be guaranteed that an enquiry constitutes confirmation of booking of a single room.

For all of these reasons, completion of this form represents a provisional booking - I will contact you on receipt of the form to  discuss options available.

The lead for a party booking must be an adult (18+ years), and is assumed to have responsibility for any minors in the party for the duration of the week.

In contrast to our previous home, the venue require full payment and guest list well in advance of the week.

The deadline for provisional bookings is 10th May 2024.
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit. Payment details will be provided by email.
Full balance payment will be due by 5th July 2024.
