* The exact date and time of WhatsApp Video Call/Zoom call would be communicated in due course by WhatsApp and/or email.

* The following  topics/grievances/cases shall not be entertained during the online meet
a. Cases involving purely legal point e.g. Succession etc. or any matter which are sub-judice.
b. Grievances involving Policy Matters.(Govt. of Maharashtra and or/ Govt. of India)
c. Issues such  appointment on Compassionate Ground.
d. Retention of Quarters after Retirement and recovery of Penal/Damage rent and matters relating thereto.
e. Grievances already settled/under litigation will not be considered

* Duration of meeting will be strictly restricted to 15 minutes.
* In case the meeting is not attended on the designated date, a fresh slot will be allotted subject to availability.
