Watertown Community Education is pleased to offer a 4-Day April Vacation Program for students in kindergarten through grade 5. Please register for the individual days you would like your student to attend below. Enrollment in this program is first-come, first-served.  If you are interested in signing up your child, please register early.  Our Vacation Week Programs fill up quickly and enrollment is limited with the capacity based on confirmed staffing.  Please note, if you have more than one student you wish to register, a registration form for each student must be submitted.  To the extent possible we will prioritize siblings registered on the same day honoring the timestamp of the first sibling registered.  Please note that we confirm enrollments based on capacity in individual age/grade groupings within our program.  This may mean that on one or more days, one age/grade grouping may fill to capacity before another.

This form is a registration form only.  Registration forms are being accepted in the order in which they were received.  After completing and submitting this registration form, you will receive an email from the sender, "Google Forms" with a copy of your submitted form.

Please be sure to review your submission carefully to make sure you have included your student's correct information and that you have registered for the correct days.  If you notice an error in your submission, we ask that you email debora.cornelius@watertown.k12.ma.us and jeffrey.bodner@watertown.k12.ma.us within 24 hours of submitting your form.  We cannot make edits to your submitted form more than 24 hours after you submit your form.  For edits after 24 hours, please submit a new registration form.  If you submit a new registration form we will honor the timestamp of the new registration form, not the original form.

Families of registered students will either be emailed a space offer & invoice OR emailed a notice that they are being placed on the waitlist on or before Wednesday, March 22, 2023 or within 5 school days of submitting their registration form if their form is received on or after March 22nd. The invoice will include instructions on how and where to submit payment. Payment should be made in the form of a check or money order and made payable to the City of Watertown with the student’s full name and APR VAC listed on the memo line.  Payment will be due within 5 school days of the invoice being sent.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYMENT BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE.
