This trial is measuring response to deep brain stimulation to help develop better tools to predict response and manage stimulation and medication changes. Participation requires the standard evaluation performed for deep brain stimulation in the clinic plus wearing a smartwatch paired to a smart phone for 2 weeks before surgery and 2 weeks after initial DBS setup. There may be a few additional rating scales performed as part of the study as well.
