Session Fees/ Retainer: A retainer of 50% down and signed contract are required to reserve your event date and is non-refundable. However, the above stated retainer will be applied to the total cost of your event package. In the event that the client cancels before 7 days of the event date, the retainer of 50% down can be used as credit towards another artwork by the artist.
The final 50% of the total amount payment is due to the Artist by the time of service, after the studio refinement has be completed, and the final painting has been approved by the client.

Art by Corinne Mitchell will adhere to producing a high quality painting. The painting will be painted in an impressionistic/modern style on a gallery wrapped canvas to the size that the client has chosen and the use of professional grade acrylic paints to produce the custom artwork. After the painting is completed, the artist will pour over a clear coat of varnish to seal the painting. The painting will be created uniquely just for the client. Prior to the event, the artist will provide a to scale mock-up sketch of exactly what the client desires to be included on the day of the event.
Revisions: Art by Corinne Mitchell will offer clients up to three revisions for their paintings. Clients are requested to provide specific details regarding changes they desire. Please submit changes within two weeks of receiving the initial completed painting via email.
Arriving 2 hours prior to the event: It is the client's responsibility to notify the venue or wherever the event will take place that the artist will arrive 2 hours prior to set up and start painting the background.
