To request a customized service project, please fill out and submit this form. Following submission, a Community Engagement Staff Member will contact you within 1-3 business days. 

Please note that completing an application does not guarantee that your group will be scheduled. While we do our best to match groups with the right opportunities, our first priority is our programming. There is a possibility we may not be able to accommodate groups due to agency capacity.
